Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver premium customer service to members and guests. You are the first welcoming face, helping guests feel valued while guiding them through club offerings and policies.

The role emphasizes a hospitality mindset, relationship building, and assisting with account changes, with an hourly wage structure and a focus on healthy living.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Concierge Certification required upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and redirects incoming calls from members and guests.
• Keeps updated information on programs, events, pricing and policies.
• Provides hospitality to build relationships and create experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and account changes.
