As a Member Experience Associate, you will engage guests, promote services, and support sales across club operations. Your day includes resolving member concerns, providing outstanding service at the cafe and pro-shop, keeping facilities clean, handling transactions, and assisting with events.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in related industry.
• Current CPR & First Aid are required and must be maintained through employment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and resolve all member concerns and escalate to Management as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to cafe and pro-shop operations.
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, products, and services and promote them to members.
• Responsible for all sales transactions.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and promptly with 5 Star service.
• Assist with member experience events throughout the club.

Your typical work day will be full of interaction and engagement with guests, which also means ensuring they receive the best experience possible from the moment they walk in our doors.

Role

Our Member Experience Associate is responsible for promoting outstanding customer service practices and striving to continuously improve the member experience. You will also:

• Proactively manage and resolve all member concerns, and elevate serious concerns to the Management team for resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service to retail operations (cafe and pro-shop)
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed and maintained in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, products, and services, as well as promote them to club members
• Responsible for all sales transactions
• Completes all administrative tasks accurately, diligently and promptly with consistent5 Star customer service
• Assists with member experience events throughout the club as needed

Hourly wage range: $17.60 - $23.00/hour.

The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience is considered an asset. Additional certifications or workshops related to customer service is strongly preferred
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a related industry is an asset (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.)
• Current CPR & First Aid are required and must be maintained through employment
