Job summary

AVANT by Altea in Toronto is seeking a Member Concierge to be the first and lasting impression of our club, delivering a concierge-level experience for a luxury fitness environment. Availability evenings and weekends is required, with a focus on hospitality, connection, and precision.

You will greet members, guide them through offerings, assist with tours and inquiries, and uphold AVANT’s high standards of service across the front desk and member touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end fitness environments.
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Relentless pursuit of excellence.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professionalism and poise.
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of AVANT: greet, assist, engage members with world-class service.
• Deliver an elevated experience: anticipate needs and ensure seamless front desk operations.
• Master the services: guide members through training, recovery, and inquiries with expertise.
• Support sales and retention: assist in sign-ups, tours, renewals to strengthen loyalty.
• Maintain facility excellence: conduct regular walkthroughs reflecting luxury standards.
• Optimize the service desk: oversee operations, ensure efficiency and organization.
• Prepare premium smoothies and coffees: craft beverages with precision.
• Elevate member engagement: cultivate relationships and welcoming environment.
