Job summary

Fit4Less is seeking a Host to deliver friendly member services, assist with memberships, and keep the club clean and safe. You will perform daily cleaning tasks and support the team to ensure a welcoming, well-maintained facility.

You will greet members, explain memberships, handle access to automated options, and coordinate with the manager on service standards and incident reporting. This role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy gym

Qualifications

• High School diploma or currently pursuing completion.
• 1 year teamwork and/or volunteer experience.
• Strong Verbal communication skills.
• Strong Written communication skills.
• WHMIS First Aid, CPR-A & AED certification.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle stress.
• Dedication to meeting internal and external customer expectations.
• Values time and uses it efficiently.
• Experience with Fit4Less environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleanliness tasks to ensure safety and deliver consistent cleanliness for members and guests.
• Provide friendly customer interaction while tasks are performed on the workout floor.
• Sell and explain memberships and assist with membership management.
• Educate members on automated and virtual options for club access.
• Coordinate with the manager on progress and report incidents following standard processes.
