Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a member/client service agent – securities in Montreal to support investment advisors and the client-facing team. You will respond to inquiries, advance sales and service opportunities, and help clients maximize use of tools and channels according to their preferences.

In this role you contribute to delivering high-quality service, maintain client relationships, and participate in business development activities within current practices and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in member/client service or financial services.
• Attestation of Collegial Studies required.
• French language knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, customer service and business development support to investment advisors and the team.
• Respond to information requests from clients regarding accounts and products; conduct follow-ups to deliver quality service.
• Help members/clients choose and get the most of their tools and channels based on independence and automation needs.
• Answer phone calls and forward information requests to the right person.
