Qualifikationen

• College diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.

• Help maintain business relationships with members and clients by addressing operational banking needs.
• Oversee the annual review and renewal processes for term loans and analyze rates.
• Prioritize weekly activities for account managers and plan follow-ups.
• Request documentation and signatures after meetings and respond to operations questions.
• Support portfolio management to ensure files meet deadlines and standards.
• Contribute to business development through solicitation activities.
• Ensure all transactions are secure and compliant with policies.
