Job summary

Desjardins seeks a Client Financial Services Agent to support advisors, serving members and clients with personalized financial solutions in investment, financing, and protection. You will help maintain relationships, drive service quality, and assist with routine transactions while aligning with Desjardins’ standards and action plans.

You will contribute to business development, assist with scheduling, and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience minimum.
• Knowledge of French required.
• Willingness to travel in the Montérégie region up to 60 km from residence.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Handle client requests, perform research as needed, and recommend solutions.
• Assist colleagues in managing calendars and emails.
• Be attentive to members and clients and tailor solutions to needs.
• Help members and clients maximize use of tools and channels based on independence and automation desires.
• Seize business opportunities and participate in sales development initiatives.
