Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a client financial services agent in Canada to support advisors and members with personalized services in investments, financing, and protection. You will help maintain relationships and deliver rapid solutions aligned with Desjardins standards.

You will assist with routine offers, develop business opportunities, and tailor solutions to client needs, including evening availability and collaboration across teams to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Attestation of Collegial Studies is required.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Understanding of financial documents used in asset management.
• Knowledge of Desjardins products/services and distribution networks.
• Knowledge of operating procedures related to investment and financing activities.
• Knowledge of opening accounts and selling additional products and Accord D financing.

Responsibilities

• Handle client requests and research as needed; recommend solutions.
• Help colleagues manage their agenda and emails.
• Be attentive to members' and clients' needs and recommend solutions.
• Assist members and clients with tools and channels based on independence and automation.
• Seize business opportunities and participate in sales development initiatives.
