Vancouver Clinic, Inc. P.S. is seeking a Front Desk Representative for our Salmon Creek 2 location. You will warmly greet patients, collect co-pays, verify insurance, answer calls, and schedule appointments to support a welcoming patient experience.

Location: Salmon Creek 2 (2529 NE 139th Street, Vancouver, WA 98686). Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pay ranges from $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, with placement based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic preferred.
• Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
• Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our registration team at our Salmon Creek 2 location! To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast‑paced environment, we want you on our team!

Location: Salmon Creek 2 (2529 NE 139th Street, Vancouver, WA 98686) Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00a-5:00p Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Pay Range: $17.31 - $24.24
