Job summary

The Vancouver Clinic, Inc. P.S. is seeking an experienced full-time Circulator for the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Salmon Creek, Vancouver, WA. The role supports surgeons during procedures and ensures patient safety across the surgical process in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have an active RN license for WA or multiple states, OR circulating/scrub experience, and BLS; ACLS and PALS within 60 days are required, with CNOR and conscious sedation experience considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered WA or Multi-State RN license required.
• Experience as operating room nurse, circulating and scrub preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• ACLS and PALS required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• CNOR certification is a plus.
• Conscious sedation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain asepsis throughout procedures.
• Inventory supplies and equipment used during and after procedures.
• Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team.

Job description

Vancouver Clinic is seeking an experienced full-time OR Circulator for the Ambulatory Surgery Center. We provide multi-specialty outpatient services, including Pediatrics and robotic-assisted surgery. In this role, you will support surgeons during procedures and ensure patients receive safe, effective care throughout the surgical process. Successful candidates will demonstrate efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of surgical procedures and patient safety, with the ability to think critically and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Salmon Creek 2 (2529 NE 139th Street Vancouver, WA 98686)

Schedule

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Four 10-hour shifts.

Hiring Range

Hiring range starts at $49.79/hr and goes up based on evaluation of experience.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $48.81 - $73.22

Essential Responsibilities
