Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Material and Logistics Coordinator to join the Mobility Customer Service – VIA Rail Toronto team on-site. The successful candidate will plan material activities, forecast availability, and support process improvements in a fast-paced project environment.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in logistics coordination, SAP/CMMIS experience, and strong Excel/Power BI skills. English fluency is required and French is a plus; some travel (~10%) should be expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in logistics coordination and material management.
• ERP and/or MRP system knowledge (SAP/CMMIS).
• Strong experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Power BI).
• Excellent customer service and English communication skills; French desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan overall material activities and ensure material availability.
• Forecast material needs and manage stock documents.
• Coordinate with Siemens Central Material Planning and Central Warehouse for fulfillment.
• Manage transportation budget and costs for projects.
• Perform transactions in SAP/CMMIS/Salesforce/SharePoint as required.
• Interface with customer for site material issues.
