Job summary

Rheinmetall Canada is seeking an after-sales support representative to ensure timely material availability and up-to-date inventory. You will coordinate with finance, sales, production, and program management to respond to requests, track orders, and keep clients informed.

The role requires 3–5 years in material resource management, a college diploma, and fluency in French and English. Knowledge of SAP is a plus, and a collaborative, deadline-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in material resource management or a related field.
• Strong command of French and English (oral and written).
• Ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment with changing deadlines and priorities.
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Process and respond to customer requests and new orders within the required timeframes.
• Control client and internal inventories; organize inventory movements to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure constant communication with key stakeholders regarding requirements and impacts.
• Follow up files to prevent delays and ensure optimal customer experience.
