Job summary

Inter Pipeline, based at the Heartland Petrochemical Complex, is seeking a Master Scheduler to spearhead detailed scheduling across maintenance, projects, and turnarounds. You will lead the scheduling function, mentor schedulers, and drive consistency and performance excellence across teams.

The role requires strong experience with Primavera P6, SAP PM, and Maximo, and the ability to coordinate across engineering, operations, and construction while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling, planning, and coordination experience within a petrochemical environment; major turnaround experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, work orders, and technical scope documents.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (preferred); experience with SAP PM or Maximo is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize daily, weekly, long-range, and turnaround schedules for maintenance and project activities.
• Integrate schedules across operations, maintenance, engineering, and project teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Lead scheduling activities for outages and turnarounds, ensuring schedule quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Coordinate contractor and vendor timelines with internal resources, including resource loading and leveling.
• Track schedule performance, analyze variances, and report on KPIs such as schedule compliance and backlog health.
