ASCO Construction Ltd. is seeking a Construction Senior Scheduler to develop, update, and manage multi-project schedules, ensuring compliance with contracts and timelines. The role supports PMs, mentors staff, and drives continuous scheduling improvements.

Required: 7+ years as a Scheduler, water/wastewater project experience, and expert use of Primavera P6 or MS Project. Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Competitive benefits and profit sharing offered.

Qualifications

• Seven years' experience as Construction Project Scheduler.
• Experience in schedule and planning for water and wastewater facilities over $100 million.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Expert level in Primavera P6 or MS Project to develop critical path schedules with milestones.
• Understanding task dependencies, deadlines, time windows, and resource availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scheduling procedures for project teams.
• Standardize project schedules across multiple contracts and types.
• Establish WBS, activity durations, workflow logic and job expenditure.
• Evaluate subcontractor schedules and identify improvements.
• Align schedules with Owner's schedule for progress billings.
