Master Scheduler — Production & Forecasting

Job summary

Integra is seeking a Production Planner in Harrow, Ontario to develop baseline, master, and detailed production schedules that meet delivery and quality goals. You will coordinate with Purchasing and manage master production schedules, while tracking the critical path and driving improvements in forecasting accuracy.

You will work closely with management, DEPTEC, and customers to ensure schedules are achievable, within budget, and aligned with inventory constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or manufacturing or equivalent experience considered a strong asset.
• Advanced Microsoft Project knowledge and skills.
• Excellent communication skills; time management, scheduling and prioritization skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline, master, and detailed production schedules.
• Oversee all scheduling activities and provide status updates, forecasts, and progress reports.
• Track critical activities and changes to the critical path.
• Develop contingency plans and what-if analysis.
• Coordinate production scheduling with Purchasing based on inventory and supply issues.
• Review and report on weekly and monthly master production schedules.
