The Production Planner II is responsible for all planning aspects related to production. This includes management of all work orders in support of on-time delivery. The Production Planner II acts as liaison for the Customer Service team and other internal support groups such as Supply Chain, Quality and Warehouse team to coordinate the timely movement of manufacturing processes and materials.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, and production scheduling principles.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills, including report writing and documentation.
Highly organized, self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
Proven ability to manage priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively under pressure.
Ability to collaborate successfully within a diverse, cross-functional team environment.
Experience working in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and/or FDA QSR-compliant environments is con sidered an asset.
