Job summary

Best Buy Canada in Vancouver is seeking two Business Development Specialists to help grow our marketplace by researching and identifying new sellers to join our platform.

The roles are remote-first with in-person collaboration for strategic work across the Marketplace team.

You will build seller relationships, support onboarding, maintain CRM records, and contribute to process improvements as part of a dynamic, growth-focused environment in BC.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, operations, customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Identify potential sellers in key categories through research and outbound outreach.
• Support presenting the marketplace opportunity to prospective sellers.
• Assist with onboarding tasks and catalog readiness reviews.
• Maintain records of seller conversations and pipeline activity in CRM.
• Collaborate with the BD team to improve outreach and onboarding processes.
• Contribute to marketplace process improvements and team initiatives.
