Job summary

UC Auto Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Richmond, BC to drive lead generation and digital marketing efforts for a fast-growing used car dealership. You will craft content, manage social channels, and optimize vehicle listings across multiple platforms.

You'll collaborate with sales and leadership to improve customer experience, track performance metrics, and contribute to growth while maintaining a customer-first approach and a transparent, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in marketing (automotive industry an asset).
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and related tools.
• Familiarity with Auto Trader, CarGurus, and similar platforms is a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
• Self-driven with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license; able to work on-site and in the field.

Responsibilities

• Support business growth through targeted marketing programs.
• Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
• Manage daily social media channels with strategic contents and engagements.
• Manage inventory systems and update listings across all platforms.
• Create SEO-optimized listings with quality photos, videos, and descriptions.
• Track and report key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to improve customer experience.
