Job summary

Steele Auto Group PEI is seeking a Marketing Specialist to elevate customer experiences across digital channels. You will drive strategy, manage social accounts, and lead paid campaigns while staying current with digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing or digital media experience.
• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience with digital marketing: SEO, SEM, email, social media, display ads, content marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication with proofreading/editing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies for campaigns, projects, websites, and social media.
• Manage social media accounts: engagement, messages, leads, and reviews.
• Oversee paid digital campaigns and budgets across SEM platforms.
• Track and analyze key marketing metrics and report results.
• Ensure materials align with brand guidelines and Steele Auto Group vision.
• Collaborate with General Managers on radio, print, social media, email, and text campaigns.
• Coordinate community partnerships and events with General Managers.
• Maintain relationships with community partners, vendors and digital service providers (Kijiji, CarGurus, AutoTrader, Rapid Response).
• Coordinate design and development of marketing materials (business cards, flyers, print ads).

How you will make an impact:

• Developing marketing strategies for campaigns, projects, websites, and social media

What drives your success:

• You have 2+ years of experience in marketing or digital media
• You have relevant post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field
• You have experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing
• You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent proofreading and editing abilities
• You have strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail
• You can problem-solve, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• You can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• You’re comfortable using a variety of design software and digital tools
