Kidamento is Canada’s fastest-growing kids' tech brand, dedicated to creating fun and educational products that spark joy for families worldwide. Our products are sold through our direct-to-consumer website, Amazon, major retailers like Target and Best Buy, and independent toy and electronics stores across the globe. We're now seeking a Canada-based Marketing Specialist to help drive our global growth through innovative, data-driven campaigns.

The Role

As our in-house marketing expert, you’ll wear many hats – leading campaign planning and execution across digital, email, social, and influencer channels. You’ll be an integral part of our growth engine - driving traffic, engaging families, and turning them into loyal customers.

What You’ll Do

Digital Advertising:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Develop and manage a seasonal wholesale marketing calendar to align product launches, promotions, and content with key retail partners such as Target, Best Buy, and others.
  • Concept and produce compelling ad creatives. Write conversion-focused copy for ads, email, website, and social content.
  • Collaborate on creative direction and continuously test copy, visuals, audiences, and formats.

Social Media & Influencer Marketing

  • Grow and manage our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Identify and nurture influencer partnerships and user-generated content (UGC) programs.

Email & SMS Marketing

  • Manage Klaviyo and Postscript campaigns and flows.
  • Segment customer journeys and A/B test content to maximize engagement and retention.

E-commerce Growth

  • Work cross-functionally to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and optimize listings on Shopify, Amazon, Faire and top retailers' websites.

What You Need to Have

  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience in e-commerce or DTC (consumer product brand preferred).
  • Proven track record in paid ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
  • Strong writing and creative storytelling skills with a keen eye for visuals and trends.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different channels.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo and Postscript.
  • Creative eye for ad design, video briefs, and engaging storytelling.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada with excellent English (Mandarin or French is a plus).
  • Strong skills in design, photo editing, and video editing are strong assets.
