With five distinct divisions—E-Commerce Conversion, Investor Relations, NFT Division, Influencer Talent Agency, and as a Snapchat Publishing Partner.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, highly experienced Talent Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative team. This person will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing top tier elite talent across digital and traditional media platforms, while fostering impactful brand relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Top Tier worldwide brands - Closing deals and negotiating
- Identify and recruit emerging and established talent aligned with Onefluent’s brand and vision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, understanding their long-term goals and career trajectories.
- Act as the day-to-day contact and strategic advisor for talent, ensuring growth, brand alignment, and opportunity maximization.
- Negotiate contracts and brand deals with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand Partnerships, Strategy, Legal) to ensure talent is matched with high-value, authentic opportunities.
- Monitor talent performance and social metrics, offering guidance to improve content quality and brand fit.
- Maintain a strong understanding of trends, platform changes, and emerging voices within social media, music, fashion, and entertainment industries.
- Attend industry events, panels, and networking opportunities to represent Onefluent and scout for fresh talent.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing
- Proven track recording of top tier brand relationships
- Proven track record of successfully signing and developing talent careers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, etc.).
- Deep understanding of content creation, social media trends, and audience engagement.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Established relationships within the influencer, entertainment, and/or brand industries.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A sharp eye for talent and a passion for culture, creativity, and storytelling.
- Experience managing international talent or campaigns.
- Network of connections with talent, brands, or entertainment companies.
