Job summary

Caivan Development Corporation in Oakville, ON, is seeking a Project Coordinator, Sales & Marketing to support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and sales activities. You will coordinate timelines, liaise with vendors, and assist with events and showroom presentations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2–3 years in project coordination, CMS/WordPress experience, and willingness to travel for training and events. On-site work with full-time hours; driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
• Willingness to support sales launches and events outside regular hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• A valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
• The ability to travel to Ottawa for dedicated in-person training on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and sales activities.
• Coordinate project details, timelines, and deliverables to support successful execution.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on-schedule and track engagement and traffic metrics.
• Support planning and execution of Sales events and Homeowner events.
• Coordinate with third-party agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain Sales Centres and Model Homes with displays and collateral.
• Process invoices and assist with budget tracking and resource management.
• Provide hands-on coordination across day-to-day Sales & Marketing activities.
