Job summary

Magil Construction in Mississauga is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support branding, social media, events, and website content while coordinating RFPs and proposals. The role collaborates with estimating, PM, and BD teams to gather accurate information and maintain proposal templates.

You will create engaging marketing materials, manage content across channels, capture media, and assist in coordinating client events and company communications; travel to London and sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing or business development with RFP/RFQ involvement preferred.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, video editing software, Microsoft Office, and content management systems.
• Experience in the construction industry is a strong asset.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and proposal submissions for public and private construction projects.
• Research potential project opportunities and assess alignment with company capabilities and goals.
• Develop, edit, format, and maintain proposal documents and templates using InDesign and other tools.
• Collaborate with estimating, project management, and business development teams to gather proposal content.
• Maintain a centralized library of resumes, project sheets, and proposal content for future use.
• Support planning and execution of marketing, networking, and industry events.
• Manage and update company website content and brand-aligned communications.
• Create engaging social media content across platforms and support client events.
