Job Description

Job Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager supports the planning and execution of the marketing strategy at the store level, including events, education, community relations, and graphics. Reports to the Director of Store Operations and the Director of Marketing. Manages the in-store Marketing team.

  • Partners with Corporate Marketing and Store Director to execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, traffic, and sales
  • Collaborates with the corporate Marketing Team on national programs and local initiatives
  • Ensures strategies and initiatives are correctly executed at the store level within timelines, budgets, and goals
  • Maintains in-store communication standards and brand guidelines
  • Produces in-store signage and oversees installations when needed
  • Creates store-related social media content as required
  • Manages the Marketing team: hiring, scheduling, training, motivating, payroll, and evaluation
  • Works with Events, store teams, and Corporate Marketing to plan and execute various events
  • Coordinates with Communications Team for promotion and content
  • Builds relationships with celebrity chefs, partners, producers, local organizations, and authorities
  • Analyzes performance and reports weekly to senior leadership
  • Tracks marketing spend within budget
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • 2+ years marketing experience with managerial responsibilities
  • Experience in food and beverage industry preferred
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and business management skills
  • Industry contacts and project management skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
Job Requirements
  • Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
