Role Summary

As a Manager of Marketing Operations, you will develop and implement database strategies to support marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and data teams to optimize campaign segmentation and database hygiene. This role requires strategic thinking and a strong understanding of demand generation, ABM, data management, and analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Automation and Technology: Manage and optimize marketing automation tools like Marketo, integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and promote best practices.
  2. Data Integration: Consolidate data from CRM, web analytics, and social media to provide a unified view of marketing performance.
  3. Database Management: Design and maintain marketing databases ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  4. Data Quality: Set and enforce standards for data quality to support analysis and decision-making.
  5. Collaboration: Work with marketing, IT, sales, and data teams to align database strategies with business goals.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data to provide insights and improve marketing ROI.
  7. Tool Management: Oversee database tools and ensure effective utilization.
Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in database management, data integration, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Oracle, MySQL, and data integration tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience with CRMs and marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Hubspot.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is a plus.
Additional Details

Normal working hours, remote work, and travel as required.
