Position Overview
The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the marketing team by ensuring that campaigns, processes, and technologies run smoothly. This position will assist in the execution of marketing programs, data management, reporting, product verification, and product information data visualization. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are streamlined, accurate, and effective.
What You'll Do
- Campaign Support: Assist in the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are properly managed.
- Marketing Automation: Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) for email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
- Data Management & Reporting: Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data to track the performance of campaigns. Provide insights and reports to stakeholders to help guide marketing decisions.
- Product Verification: Collaborate with product teams to verify product information, ensuring accuracy and consistency across marketing materials, websites, and other communication channels.
- Product Information Data Visualization: Design and implement visualizations that represent product data, features, and specifications in a clear and accessible format. This includes creating dashboards or reports that simplify complex product data for marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams.
- Process Optimization: Identify and help implement improvements to marketing workflows and processes for increased efficiency and productivity.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as sales, creative, and analytics, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company goals and priorities.
- Technology Management: Support and maintain marketing technologies (CRM, email marketing systems, analytics tools) ensuring they are properly integrated and utilized.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Assist with managing marketing budgets, including tracking expenses and working with vendors for marketing materials and technology platforms.
- Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support for marketing team members on tools, systems, and best practices.
Let's Talk About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and other marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for product-related information.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing needs.
