Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including experience as a Marketing Manager or senior marketing professional.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a small marketing team.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and measuring campaign performance.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, CMS platforms, HTML, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing marketing team.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture focused on accountability, creativity, and execution.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across digital marketing, email, social media, events, and other channels.
• Partner closely with Sales and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
• Oversee multiple concurrent marketing projects while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and scalability as the business continues to grow.
• Present marketing performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Stay current on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
