Reporting to the CEO as Head of Marketing, you'll lead a small, sharp team and personally shape Teldio's brand, content, digital footprint, and campaigns. It's a true player-coach role for a hands-on maker who writes, designs, edits video, and builds the systems behind the work, using AI fluently to help a lean team punch above its weight.

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing in tech/software environments.
• Proficient in brand storytelling and content creation.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Comfortable with design/ video production and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Teldio brand, voice, positioning, and presence across channels.
• Oversee content across the funnel: blogs, case studies, decks, and product messaging.
• Manage teldio.com end-to-end, including technical build, UX, SEO/AEO, and conversion.
• Lead paid, email marketing, and analytics to measure impact.
• Drive social, partner marketing, and collaboration with key partners.
• Plan and execute trade shows and events, domestically and internationally.
• Enable sales with decks, sequences, and a knowledge base.
• Oversee in-house graphic design and video production.
• Build and optimize AI systems and internal tools for a lean team.
