Job summary

Elby Professional Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Leader in Canada to guide a team of marketing professionals. You will develop and execute strategies for residential homebuilding and rental communities, manage brand campaigns, and drive multi‑channel promotions.

The role requires experience with CRM, marketing automation, digital advertising, and design tools, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across internal and external partners in a hybrid work setting.
