RE/MAX Crest Realty is seeking a dynamicMarketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, and drive strategic growth. This role is ideal for a creative and results-oriented marketing professional with a passion for real estate and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, support agent success, and generate high-quality leads
  • Conduct market research and competitor analyses to inform campaigns, audience targeting, and positioning strategies
  • Oversee listing promotion across all platforms: ensure consistency and quality in photography, videography, signage, and digital presence
  • Manage the company’s website, email campaigns, and digital advertising to maximize engagement and conversion
  • Plan and coordinate community events, open houses, and promotional campaigns that support both corporate goals and agent initiatives
  • Produce and maintain high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, video content, and social media assets
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and agents to align marketing activities with overall business goals
  • Liaise with vendors and creative partners to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of all marketing projects
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, generating monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Lead brand communications, including press releases, award announcements, and community outreach
What You Bring
