Job description

Sodales is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to own and execute our marketing strategy across content, digital, SEO and product marketing. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B SaaS marketing, a passion for storytelling, and a track record of driving measurable outcomes through multichannel marketing.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with overall company goals.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with product launches, campaigns, and key industry events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing initiatives support sales, customer success, and product priorities.

Digital Marketing, Content and Analytics

  • Own the creation and distribution of high-impact marketing content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Sodales brand voice, messaging, and value proposition as well as product positioning.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialist to create SEO-optimized content that ranks well and drives targeted traffic.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement, expand reach, and support campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn etc.)
  • Manage content repurpose for use across channels (e.g., email, social, webinars).
  • Define KPIs and use tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to track and report on marketing effectiveness.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Ensure alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement across all marketing efforts.
  • Translate complex product features into clear, compelling value propositions and messaging tailored to different buyer personas.
  • Maintain and update messaging frameworks, use case libraries, and competitive intelligence.
  • Work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to refine ICPs and ensure positioning reflects customer pain points and differentiators.

Campaign & Event Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, and webinar platforms.
  • Support the execution and promotion of thought leadership events, product demos, and industry webinars.
  • Oversee post-event activities, including lead nurturing workflows, ROI tracking, and sales alignment.

Strategic Oversight

  • Define quarterly content themes and priorities aligned with product launches and campaigns.
  • Create and manage a content calendar with deadlines, formats, and distribution channels with the content writer.
  • Align content goals with marketing strategy, SEO objectives, and target audience.
  • Provide transparency and detailed reporting to management
  • Oversee content writers deliverables such as blog, case study, newsletters etc. with Target persona, SEO keywords (in collaboration with SEO specialist), CTA and goal of the piece, Tone and style guidelines
  • Host regular check-ins or stand-ups with the content writer to review progress, unblock tasks, and align priorities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing; experience in HR tech, compliance, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in content creation, digital campaigns, SEO, and product positioning.
  • Strong understanding of modern B2B marketing strategies and buyer journeys.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, WordPress, and social media platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
