Job description

Our client, a large insurance company, is looking for a Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing for an 8-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager with a financial services background. Currently, this position is remote with the potential to transition to a hybrid model (2 days per week in the office).

As a Marketing Manager, Customer Marketing, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Delivering on time, within budget, and in compliance with policies and procedures to meet strategic business objectives.
2. Leading the development and execution of marketing tactics and special projects (offer, creative, target audience, channel) to meet business targets in collaboration with the Director and Senior Managers.
3. Collaborating with team members across Marketing and other lines of business to ensure the successful management of assigned projects.

Qualifications required for the role include:

• Writing sample or portfolio must be included
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an agency or client-side role specializing in email marketing
• Experience with full cycle marketing, including creative development and backend reporting
• Agency management and briefing experience
