We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Marketing Manager to help take our marketing initiatives to the next level as we enter a new phase of growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this high visibility role will cover a wide range of activities across marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of marketing, with a key focus area in digital marketing. The role will require knowledge and expertise in understanding and managing; SEO, SEM, Google Ads and social (i.e. LinkedIn Ad) campaigns and driving lead generation through outreach and email marketing. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the corporate website and driving a content calendar anchored to the GTM strategy for the organization. If you have a passion for building brand awareness and marketing strategies, while also knowing how to and enjoy executing them at a tactical level, this position is for you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies to generate high-quality prospects for the sales team.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize for better results.
  • Optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion, ensuring the seamless flow of leads across channels.
  • Manage the digital health through SEM and SEO strategies
  • Drive paid media campaigns through digital advertising (i.e. Google Ads, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Plan and execute successful in-person and virtual events, including conferences, webinars, trade shows, and corporate functions.
  • Craft a social media strategy and execute that strategy with engaging posts. Develop high-quality content for digital and offline channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, reports, case studies, and social media
  • Write, distribute, and manage press releases to enhance the company's visibility by pitching to relevant media.
  • Collaborate with other teams at the company, including Product, Product Marketing, and Sales, to ensure effective messaging and strategies.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing data-driven B2B SaaS marketing programs
  • Experience in SaaS, Financial services, and/or FinTech
  • Experience using tools such as Hubspot, Asana and Canva
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft engaging content and press releases.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, from lead generation to conversion.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like Hubspot, and tools like Webflow.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, both digital and offline.

Compensation: CAD $70-90K
