Job description

  • Location : 4789 Yonge Street, Unit 912, Toronto, ON M2N 0G3
  • Salary : $53.00 hourly / 33 hours per week
  • Terms of employment : Permanent, Full-time
  • Shift : Day, Morning
  • Starts : As soon as possible

Overview

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market research data to improve business decisions or activities.
  • Direct the development and maintenance of an organization’s Internet and intranet sites.
  • Direct the marketing strategies of establishments.
  • Direct the production of educational and publicity programs and informational materials to awaken curiosity and interest in the subject matter.
  • Direct the team on crucial information they should gather and research.
  • Evaluate an organization’s Internet presence.
  • Evaluate the marketing strategies used by establishments.
  • Oversee the preparation of written material for website content.
  • Review written material, such as reports, briefs, speeches, presentations, and press releases.
  • Develop promotional materials.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials.
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that publicize activities and events on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
  • Answer written and oral inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material.
