Role Summary

As a full-time Creative Marketing Manager at Members Media you will be responsible for marketing our internal catalog of meditation/sleep music. Responsibilities will include the creative strategy behind each campaign, reviewing and providing direction on ad visuals, launching campaigns with awareness and intent for targeted audiences, and regularly monitoring campaigns to optimize and foster the success of each individual campaign. Data provided on Meta and Spotify for Artists will need to be reviewed regularly, and ongoing knowledge of campaign progress will be required in order to report to the Accounts Manager when necessary. Your strong communication skills, and organizational abilities will contribute to the success of our clients’ music and the advancement of our agency.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social ad campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook to drive targeted traffic to playlists on Spotify, Apple Music, and other streaming services.
  • Conceptualize and develop creative campaign ideas—including ad themes, messaging, and angles—that align with the function our music serves.
  • Oversee content production for campaigns, collaborating with actors, creators, editors, and other vendors to bring ad concepts to life in video, photo, and motion formats.
  • Create and maintain music playlists designed to serve a purpose and solve a problem, aligning selections with campaign goals and audience interests.
  • Analyze campaign performance and audience insights, using data to refine targeting, creative strategy, and playlist positioning for maximum reach and engagement.

Qualification & Skills

  • Proven experience launching paid social campaigns across platforms such as TikTok Ads, Meta Ads (primary focus), and YouTube, with a track record of driving measurable engagement or conversions.
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to ideate compelling ad concepts, write engaging copy, and collaborate with talent and production teams to execute high-quality content.
  • Solid understanding of ad creative best practices for social media platforms, including what drives attention, engagement, and conversions in short-form video and visual formats.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, capable of coordinating with creators, talent, and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using performance data (e.g., CPM, CTR, conversion rates, listener growth) to inform optimization decisions and strategic direction.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital discovery trends to support content visibility across platforms and inform keyword-driven creative strategies when applicable.
