We are hiring a Marketing Automation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing automation professional with a passion for marketing and demand generation. You’ll have a data-driven mindset, an orientation toward process, and excellent execution skills.

This salaried position includes benefits and is a remote role for candidates located in the U.S. and Canada.

What you'll be doing:
  • Executing marketing campaigns via email, forms, and landing pages
  • Supporting list uploads and creating segmentations based on filter criteria
  • Managing data fields for hygiene and segmentation
  • Setting up invites and registration pages for marketing programs
  • Setting up custom objects and embedding in emails via Field Merges
  • Setting up automated programs
  • A/B testing
  • Providing reporting on programs and campaigns
What you bring:
  • 2-5 years of experience with Salesforce, Database Augmentation/Hygiene, Lead Scoring in a high-tech company (REQUIRED)
  • Experience using Eloqua marketing automation platform (REQUIRED)
  • Ability to analyze data independently and transform it into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for custom email and landing page builds.
  • Proficiency in Excel for analyzing raw data.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with client stakeholders and share best practices.
  • A passion for digital marketing and its operations.
  • Process-driven mindset, comfortable with analysis and metrics.
  • Ownership mentality, able to determine what needs to be done independently.
  • Decision-making skills in situations with incomplete information and uncertainty.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative approach, and good intentions towards colleagues and partners.
  • BS/BA degree in a related field.
