Job summary

SCN Industrial Inc. is seeking a Customer Information Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and maintain high-quality customer data across systems and materials.

You will ensure data integrity and deliver effective programs that enhance distributor partnerships and the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include maintaining program inventories, building distributor profiles, processing orders for marketing materials, coordinating trade shows, and generating data reports.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer information, marketing coordination, or similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Dynamics, CRM, or Marketo is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Promote and coordinate marketing solutions while maintaining accurate program inventory and up-to-date materials.
• Build and maintain accurate customer and distributor profiles to support campaigns.
• Process orders for marketing materials and coordinate timely fulfillment and shipment.
• Support trade shows coordination, including logistics, budgets, and follow-up.
• Maintain and enhance the customer database, including online registrations.
• Generate and analyze reports on customer data, sales activity, and program performance.
• Support development and expansion of marketing programs for distributor partners.
