Job summary

Silk & Snow is seeking a Coordinator, Product Operations to coordinate between vendors and internal teams, ensuring product information is accurate and updated in a timely manner. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication across functions, with a hybrid office in North York.

You will support launches, manage SKU data, track changes post-launch, conduct quarterly audits, onboard new vendors, and help maintain product data in trackers and databases.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in product management, development, sourcing or merchandising.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Experience with Shopify is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product details before launch including SKU information, dimensions, weights, materials and packaging.
• Track product changes after launch including packaging updates and variant additions.
• Maintain accurate product information in trackers, databases, and shared documents.
• Onboard new vendors and document their business information for Finance, Supply Chain and Product teams.
• Review vendor and product testing/audit reports to ensure compliance.
