Job summary

Combined Metal Industries is seeking a Plant Support Coordinator to back our Operations team with administrative tasks, KPI tracking, and data coordination. You will liaise with Operations and Trading to ensure accurate data flow and timely invoicing while maintaining inventory and supplier communications.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, solid organization, and experience in administration or customer service, with familiarity in the metal recycling industry considered

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary admin/business is an asset.
• Experience in customer service or administration preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and upload into database (Docubiz).
• Collect and input KPI data.
• Update spreadsheets for purchase and sales data.
• Coordinate clothing/uniform program for Operations team.
• Maintain stock of plant consumables and place orders.
