Freedom is seeking a Manager, Marketing Automation who leads a team of marketing automation specialists while staying hands-on in campaign delivery. You own our martech stack as a product—roadmap, optimization, vendor partnerships—and drive AI-powered, real-time personalization across channels, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud at the core.

In this role you’ll coach the team, set goals, maintain build standards, and translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of marketing automation experience; 5+ years with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• 2+ years in direct people leadership; portfolio of campaigns you built.
• Advanced SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS; familiarity with APIs and data modeling.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and develop a team of marketing automation specialists.
• Own the martech roadmap and drive ongoing experimentation and channel integrations.
• Design and scale real-time, event-driven journeys across email, SMS, push and more.
• Oversee integrations, data exchanges and governance to protect deliverability and compliance.
• partner with Marketing, Analytics, Digital and IT to translate business needs into automation solutions.
