Responsibilities:
This position supports the design and delivery of various quantitative and qualitative research projects to enhance Air Canada Brand and Loyalty initiatives.
The role requires a keen interest in understanding consumer behavior, sentiment, and decision-making processes, and in telling the story behind the data.
