Job summary

Arctic Cat is seeking a District Sales Manager to oversee a dealer network across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland. You will drive channel growth in Snowmobile and Off‑Road segments, recruit top dealers, and execute strategic plans to expand retail sales and market share.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 80%) within the Maritimes, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or territory management experience.
• Residency within New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, or Newfoundland territory.
• Proven ability to cultivate strong business relationships.
• Track record of achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a network of dealers across multiple provinces.
• Drive distribution channel growth by recruiting and signing leading dealers in key markets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow retail sales and market share.
• Serve as liaison between dealers and Arctic Cat; align on goals, policies, and programs.
