Job Description

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

1. Completing line verification
2. Performing quality checks at specific frequencies, including but not limited to product weight, temperature, size, packaging, labels, lot codes, etc.
3. Ensuring food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
4. Conducting product testing for water activity, pH, Brix, viscosity, texture, appearance, flavor, etc.
5. Training employees on proper food safety and quality procedures when necessary
6. Assisting with sanitation activities as needed
7. Maintaining good time management, attention to detail, and record-keeping skills

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $20, depending on experience.
