Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated manufacturing experience within a manufacturing, industrial, production, engineering, or manufacturing capital projects environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, KPI development, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing and capital projects.
• Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop charters, execution plans, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate with Operations Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Provide governance, financial management, reporting, and dashboards to executives.
• Drive change management and escalation procedures to senior leadership.
• Manage multiple projects to align with organizational priorities.
