Job summary

Maxxit Systems Inc. seeks a dynamic, full-time PMO Manager to lead the Project Management Office within a fast-paced architectural metal fabrication environment.

You will establish methodologies, standardize processes, and drive consistency in client delivery from award through installation and closeout. The role oversees PMs/PM Coordinators, partners with Sales, Engineering, Design, Production, and Executives to improve execution, reporting, and client experience.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 7–12+ years of project management experience in architectural metal fabrication, manufacturing, construction or related industries.
• PMP designation is an asset.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop PMO staff and project teams.
• Define stage-gate processes, governance, and reporting across all projects.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Site Operations.
• Implement standardized PM methods, tools, templates, and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize project delivery performance.
