Unknown company is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for a global manufacturing firm to oversee multiple concurrent initiatives. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and applications teams and strong customer-facing representation.

The ideal candidate will have a PMP cert, 5+ years in PM, and hands-on experience with the full PM lifecycle or ITIL/process maintenance. This is an hourly contract engagement with a high chance of extension.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business.
5+ years in Program Management space, much of which is in manufacturing/pharmaceutical/medical space.
Project Management certification (PMP).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and similar PM tools.
Hand-on experience with full PM lifecycle or ITIL/software/development/maintenance.

Responsibilities

Spearhead PM duties for multiple projects that are simultaneously happening while maintaining stellar quality and customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively and autonomously to ensure all project guidelines are optimized and met.
Spearhead project initiatives with their manufacturing infrastructure team and applications team.
Strong customer-facing work and be a great representative for the organization.
