Job summary

G10 Inc seeks a seasoned Vendor Manager fluent in Mandarin to own relationships with vendor partners, negotiate terms, and handle end-to-end Amazon operations (1P/3P). The role bridges US-based operations with Chinese vendors, requiring strong cross-cultural communication and logistics acumen.

Responsibilities include catalog management, PO control, SLA adherence, and performance reviews while coordinating with internal teams on inventory and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, business, international business, or related field.
• 5+ years of vendor management, e-commerce operations, or related field with ownership of vendor relationships end-to-end.
• Experience working directly with Chinese brands/sellers to grow their sales on Amazon or US marketplaces.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin writing and speaking (professional level).
• Experience with Amazon 1P and/or 3P vendor operations and PO management.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationships with Mandarin-speaking vendor partners, primary contact for communications in Mandarin and English.
• Manage day-to-day ops for vendors on Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, incl. catalog, POs, and troubleshooting.
• Negotiate vendor agreements, terms, pricing, and distribution arrangements for Mandarin-speaking vendors.
• Set vendor strategy and targets, define priorities and performance goals.
• Lead vendor business reviews and resolve complex/vendor escalations.
• Coordinate with internal teams on inbound inventory planning and logistics.
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance; escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain records of vendor communications, contracts, and updates.
• Support Sr. Vendor Manager on Mandarin-language or capacity-limited accounts.
• Assist cross-functional projects for onboarding and program expansion.
• Work second-shift aligned with China business hours; roughly 25–30 hours overlap with China.
