Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in 3PL or warehouse ops, is fluent in Mandarin, and can manage teams, control costs and collaborate with logistics, sales and other departments to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in 3PL or warehouse ops with in‑house team management.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/OMS and key KPIs.
• Experience in process design, warehouse planning and cost control.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

• Optimize warehouse processes (inbound, inventory, outbound) and improve layout and routes.
• Manage inventory strategies, turnover, accuracy and costs.
• Lead daily warehouse operations, set standards and training plans.
• Analyze data to drive cross‑department improvements and cost efficiency.
• Develop industry-specific warehouse solutions and promote automation where appropriate.
