How you’ll make an impact:

The Manager Site Merchandising is responsible for enhancing the online shopping experience to drive customer engagement, improve conversion rates, and optimize revenue across the company’s digital platforms. This role involves leading site operations, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the online store reflects the brand’s standards and priorities. As the point person for the site team, this role leads two Site Merchandising Specialists and ensures complete alignment between marketing asks and site execution.

• 40%: eCommerce Site Operations & Strategy Lead workload flow for entire Canada website including Special Projects and all Shops Own daily site scrubs with eCommerce and Product Category team Ensure complete alignment between marketing asks and site execution, so that campaigns, shops, linking and promos go live on time, accurately and as planned Leads A/B testing for marketing campaigns to assess performance across channels, delivering quantitative analysis and strategic recommendations to drive conversion and ROI improvements. Oversee end to end site experience from a customer perspective. Proactively look for opportunities to make digital experiences frictionless for customers and support evolving business goals Super user for Customer Journey, Quantum Metric, Trello, Brand Folder, Contentful, Constructor Challenge the status quo and look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies Innovation – utilizing new technology like AI tools
• 30%: Cross-Functional Collaboration Responsible for leading weekly site refreshes with the team ensuring that all linking, destinations, and merchandising needs are met Point point for the site team and lead contact for marketing, creative, traffic, email and development teams on site requests, outstanding JIRA tickets and issues Lead creative review meetings to communicate linking strategy and customer journey Review recommendation zones and sort order rules for all sale pages and track changes. Collaborates with U.S. teams to adapt strategies for the Canadian market and delivers actionable digital performance insights and strategic recommendations to the Canadian team, enabling optimized campaign execution and improved KPI results
• 30%: Leadership & Development Manages two Site Merchandising Specialists, setting priorities and workload, reviewing work, and fostering development and high performance through a collaborative, growth-focused approach. Plan, execute and maintain training for the broader team, on any new site initiatives Hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines and give feedback ensuring deliverables align with the strategy/project goals Mentor site merchandisers and site merchandising specialists
• Must have: Strong Data & Analytics Expertise This role requires deep comfort with analyzing performance metrics and turning them into strategic actions. Advanced proficiency with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey, Quantum Metric, Constructor, Contentful). Ability to run A/B tests and interpret results. Skill in using data to optimize conversion, user experience, and site performance. Strong attention to detail Experience utilizing AI tools Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration Act as the hub between merchandising, marketing, creative, and development teams. Strong communication skills for leading site refreshes and creative reviews. Ability to influence teams and align stakeholders on linking strategies, campaign execution, and customer journeys. Experience collaborating across markets (e.g., U.S. teams) and managing JIRA, Salesforce, Trello workflows. Operational Excellence & Team Leadership Manage both the day-to-day site operations and guiding direct reports. Strong ability to oversee workflows, QC site updates, and maintain accuracy across campaigns. Experience mentoring and developing team members. Process optimization mindset.

Preferred skills and experience: 3-5 years of prior Ecommerce experience required People management experience preferred Proven ability to multi-task, be flexible, and to prioritize
