Job summary

Eclipse in Capitale-Nationale, Quebec, is seeking a hands-on supervisor to direct and control daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. This on-site role requires planning, organizing and evaluating staff activities while resolving customer requests and supply issues.

You will recruit, hire and supervise staff, conduct performance reviews and ensure smooth day-to-day operations with strong teamwork and communication. French is preferred for all interactions.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in a retail service setting is an asset.
• On-site work with no remote option in Quebec.
